Choose Jamestown Park for Your Next Event
The Mendenhall Room is available for rent from 8:00am to 5:00pm daily. The combined Mendenhall Room, Lindsay and Charles Rooms, and patio may be rented in the evenings after golf hours for $500 for a 4-hour event between the following times:

March-October: 6:00pm to 10:00pm
November-February: 5:00pm to 9:00pm

*Occupancy reflects the maximum number of people allowed in the space. Additional chairs may need to be rented to seat your party. Depending on the furniture needed (buffet, cake/gift tables, etc.) or activities at the event (DJ or band, dancing, etc.) you may not be able to accommodate the maximum occupancy for each room.

Thank you for considering Jamestown Park Clubhouse for your next special event! Our venue is in the heart of Jamestown’s beautiful golf course, with a great lake-front view, centrally located between High Point and Greensboro.
We have plenty of space for birthdays, weddings, family reunions, company parties, and much more. We invite you and your guests to come and enjoy the beauty and elegance of Jamestown Park.
Food/Catering You are welcome to bring any caterer to the Jamestown Park Clubhouse, but they will not have access to a full catering kitchen or prep area. You and your guests are also welcome to bring food for your event if tables are cleared by the end of the event. Bar Services Jamestown Park Clubhouse offers a variety of beer and wine exclusively served by Town staff from the concession area. No outside alcohol is permitted. A wine and beer offerings list is available upon request. Staffing Event Hosts will help your event run smoothly by unlocking doors, serving alcohol, emptying trash at the end of the night, and answering all your questions. One Event Host will be present for every 50 guests. |

There is also a $200.00 per event security deposit for evening events when the lease is signed. This deposit is refundable if the space is clean and undamaged at the event’s conclusion. |
